Today, the firm services a wide variety of industrial distributors and markets including, engineering and welding, construction, agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, plant and hire, aerospace and many more. Alex discusses how the firm serves these clients. “Here at Abracs we are focussed on distributor service and support. We want to help our customers to sell the product range on through marketing, sales and product support. Our product quality is very high and quality management processes are well refined which provides product consistency. We are able to offer same day shipping and next day delivery on our full range, which is over 1800 SKU’s, ensuring that our clients receive the support and service they need when they work with us.” To ensure that every client receives a high quality service, Abracs works hard to instil a supportive and collaborative internal culture which reflects back onto clients, as Alex highlights. “As part of our focus on client excellence, we aim to support both them and our staff, and as such, at Abracs we have an excellent culture. Any voice is heard, we take on challenges together outside of work and have an open plan office where anyone can talk to anyone. We have a staff room with a pool table and darts. The warehouse staff come up for lunch and we are all close knit for a company with more than 30 staff. We have been incrementally developing our product range and have recently launched a full range of Drill Bits and we are bringing in TCT Blades and Oscillating multi tools as well as many other product development projects which we have on the horizon. “Longer term, we would like to move into additional product sectors including workwear, hand tools, PPE, safety equipment and, eventually, power tools. These projects will offer us many exciting developments which we look forward to taking advantage of as we look towards a bright future.”
