Mr. DeCristofaro is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Qnext Corp. and brings thirty-plus years of computer industry experience to iSIGN’s Board.  Anthony’s past experience in the building of successful companies, as well as with mergers and acquisitions is welcomed.

Mr. DeCristofaro previously served on iSIGN’s Board from September 3, 2009 to December 16, 2013.
