Accountancy For Guaranteed Success

From humble beginnings Xplus London Limited has experienced a period of growth and expansion over the last few years which show no signs of letting up any time soon. We speak to CEO, Abdul Rashidi, to find out more about the company, its journey, and its commitment to clients that have ensured its outstanding success in winning South London’s Most Outstanding Business Accountancy Firm 2022.

Established in 2013 and growing at a fast pace, Xplus London Limited (Xplus London) is an award-winning accounting firm based in South London providing clients across the UK with a wide range of services. These include accountancy, auto enrolment, bookkeeping, business consultancy services, company secretarial services, payroll, personal financial planning, self-assessment, tax services, and VAT services.

Beginning as a bookkeeping service, called Xpert Bookkeeping at the time, the small firm has almost tripled in size since its inception. It became a limited company in 2014, opened its first offices in New Malden in 2015, and added a further office base in 2019, thus firmly establishing itself as a growing entity. In 2021 the business was remodelled and a new website was created to reflect the growing needs of its clients.

Since its establishment, Xplus London has always prioritised offering a personalised and dedicated approach to all its clients, predominantly focusing on success and development, something which has proved to be a magic formula for its growth.

“We serve a variety of clients with our most popular industry so far being construction,” explains Chief Executive Officer Abdul Rashidi and he continues to tell us the main quality that differentiates Xplus London from any competitors. “Our insightful approach is deeply appreciated by our clientele which has strongly contributed to our overall success and has resulted in our expanding.”

The team at Xplus consists of highly trained and qualified accountants which is a very important part of the firm’s success, and Abdul looks for hardworking, enthusiastic, responsible, punctual, and polite individuals who are always eager to learn and improve, as well as follow the company’s core values of providing a personalised and dedicated service.

As a young firm full of potential, knowledge, and experience attempting to achieve success and growth, Abdul has found that word of mouth has always been the company’s strongest tool and, despite advertising efforts, referrals continue to be the main source of acquiring new business.

Having recently being bestowed with the prestigious accolade of South London’s most Outstanding Business Accountancy Firm 2022 by SME News, Xplus London’s plans now are to develop further and open more offices around the South London area to cater to growing businesses in and around the capital. Furthermore, it is currently offering apprenticeships and internships hoping to help young people who are willing to learn and gain experience in the field.

“Personalised and dedicated approach are the reasons why individuals and companies chose to work with Xplus London,” enthuses Abdul. “Progression is key in every aspect and Xplus London is proud of its history and achievements to be where it stands today.”
