Health food entrepreneur Evonne Morrison, is set to make her TV debut this weekend as she pitches her food company, Good Nude Food to multimillionaire investors on BBC’s Dragon’s Den.
Evonne, who runs her Scottish food company from the Shetland Islands, will be seen introducing the show’s investors to her range of Superkraut: three tasty, live sauerkrauts which have superfoods added to them.
Evonne built her company whilst pregnant with twins and launched her Superkraut range one week before her babies were born in April last year. She left her career in the legal sector to found Good Nude Food, using less than £1000 of her own money to buy ingredients and fermentation equipment.
She said: “Being part of the show was an amazing experience and a great opportunity to introduce people to my Superkraut range and the motivation behind my company. I am passionate about creating healthy, natural food products that make people feel good.
“The Dragons are fantastic at what they do; having the chance to pitch to them is invaluable. Although I was nervous, I loved every minute of it!”
The episode will air on BBC Two this Sunday (September 15th) at 8pm.
