Greater London Enterprise Awards 2026

Greater London Enterprise Awards 2026/ 30 Best Courier Logistics Company 2026 & Delivery Solutions Excellence Award 2026 Behind every business is a team quietly managing something that isn't their job: chasing couriers, tracking stock, untangling deliveries gone wrong. Santis Global exists to take that off their plate - giving them back their time, their control, and the headspace to focus on what actually matters. This year, that approach earned the industry's recognition twice over. Based in Bermondsey, Santis Global has grown from a courier services provider into a solution-driven logistics partner for clients across all industries; supporting all the stakeholders across their business including workplace teams, marketing teams and IT teams. We caught up with Luke Eggar, Santis’ CEO, to find out what sits behind the award win, and why the company believes the real measure of good logistics is not simply what gets delivered, but what becomes easier for the client as a result of working with Santis. Santis provides same-day, next-day courier and international courier services including customs compliance, white-glove support, onboard couriers and dedicated vehicles. But its work increasingly goes beyond traditional courier support. Through managed logistics solutions covering IT asset movements, event and marketing logistics, fulfilment, storage and distribution management, Santis helps clients remove the everyday friction that slows their teams down. "When I started Santis in 2014, I'd seen too many businesses hand over something important, and simply hope it arrived intact and on time," Luke explains. "I worked closely with many clients over 20 years and I saw need for more! People needed support and guidance, visibility, flexibility, streamlined processes and solutions for all their stakeholders in the business! This is why I wanted Santis to become a true partner to our clients. “Clients need more than standard courier support now. They need help with customs, imports, event logistics, moving IT assets, storage and fulfilment. Our job is to make those moving parts easier to manage.” That difference shows up in what clients get back, not just what Santis delivers. Luke puts it simply: less admin, fewer chasers, clearer visibility across every delivery, one accountable partner handling the detail instead of a client's own team having to do so. "We do this by putting the right people in the right roles, investing in technology, communicating clearly, and responding quickly when plans change," he says. "Our clients trust us to save them time, offer practical advice, improve their processes, and protect their reputation - not just complete their deliveries." That same sense of ownership carries through to how Santis operates responsibly, not just efficiently. The company has been ISO 14001 accredited since 2015, publishes real-time emissions data to clients through its My Santis platform, and delivers monthly sustainability reporting so businesses can track their own logistics impact and make informed decisions. Today, 47% of the Santis fleet is electric or low-emission, with continued investment in greener vehicles and route optimisation helping reduce mileage, congestion and unnecessary emissions. Santis backs this with a network of sustainability partners: Ecologi, supporting carbon reporting and global climate projects including reforestation and renewable energy; Heart of the City, providing an established roadmap and reduction targets; and the SME Climate Hub, through which Santis has made a formal commitment to halve emissions by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050. For clients, this means more sustainable delivery options and better data to support ESG and procurement requirements, without adding more work to their own teams. Behind all of this is the Santis team. Technology, vehicles and systems all play an important role, but the company’s service is built on people who understand urgency, communicate clearly and take ownership when it matters. Managing Director John Pye recently completed the UN Global Compact Network UK’s Sustainable Suppliers Training Programme, reflecting a wider culture of learning and continuous improvement across the business. That same standard is seen every day in the drivers representing Santis and its clients on the road, the operations team solving problems before they escalate and the customer service team bringing calm, care and clarity when clients need it most. “Every delivery matters,” Luke says. “Our team knows they represent both Santis and our clients.” Looking ahead, Santis is continuing to develop Santis Medical, its specialist medical logistics offering, and is currently in the process of regional service expansion - extending the same promise to more clients, in more places. The company also plans to keep growing its lowemission fleet. The aim is to extend the same promise to more clients, in more places. In closing, Luke commented: “We want to give clients their time back,” he says. “If we can take pressure away from their team, improve their processes and help them feel confident that logistics is being handled properly, then we are doing our job.” Contact: Luke Eggar Company: Santis Global Web Address: https://www.santisglobal.com/
