professionalism and commitment to resident wellbeing sets an exceptional standard. Assistants Jean Brown and Sara Walmsley Lycett bring reliability, compassion, and day to day continuity to the service, while Brian Rotherham and Dave Hill diligently care for buildings and gardens. The team is also supported by a dedicated group of Freemason volunteers who also form part of the House Committee. Paramjit says: “Tracy continues to strengthen her expertise through ongoing training, ensuring we remain aligned with best practice. Together, this group forms a cohesive, hardworking team whose dedication and genuine care make Wilson Keys Court the thriving, supportive community it is today. The team’s attention to detail and pride in the environment help maintain a safe, welcoming, and beautifully presented setting for our residents.” Over the next 12 months, the MHA has several plans in place to improve the resident experience at Wilson Keys Court. The focus is on enhancing comfort, safety, and community connection while staying true to standards and UGLE’s wider commitment to integrity, friendship and community. An example of how the resident community comes together, supported by both local and national organisations, was demonstrated recently during the celebration of Mrs Ivy Meenan’s 105th birthday. Residents gathered to extend their good wishes, joined by the Provincial Grand Master and representatives of the Royal Air Force. Mrs Meenan, formerly Private Ivy Meenan, served in the Auxiliary Territorial Service during the Second World War. Her contribution to the nation during its hour of need was formally recognised by the Royal Air Force, with Sqn Ldr David Kerrison Chief of Staff at the No.1 School of Technical Training at RAF Cosford and Flt Sgt Shiv Chand from the Engagement and Recruitment Team attending to pay tribute to her service. V.W. Brother Jeremy Francis Roberts, the Provincial Grand Master of Staffordshire, also made a presentation and conveyed birthday greetings on behalf of all the Freemasons of Staffordshire, further underscoring the respect and admiration held for Mrs Meenan within the wider community. Upcoming projects include installing a new large TV in the communal lounge to create a more accessible space for social activities and shared events. Outdoors, the team are planning to replace pathways across the site to improve safety, accessibility and the overall appearance of the grounds. Partnerships inside and outside the Freemasons are also a priority for 2026 and beyond. Paramjit says: “We intend to deepen our partnerships with Staffordshire Freemasons and Freemasons of the UK to ensure that every decision remains rooted in Masonic values of kindness, integrity, respect, and service. We’ll also be working to strengthen links with local authorities and care associations. This ensures smooth transitions and continuity of care for residents who go on to require higher levels of support.” Blending professional housing management with a warm, community-focused ethos, the MHA’s vision for Wilson Keys Court is simple: to make sure the scheme remains a safe, supportive community where residents feel valued, connected and truly at home. Staffordshire Freemason’s are headed by Right Worshipful Brother Jeremy Francis Roberts, their Provincial Grand Master, who states “Within Freemasonry in Staffordshire we are very proud of the development of Wilson Keys Court and are extremely proud that we have yet again won this award. My personal congratulations to everyone involved. It is Freemasonry reaching out to the wider community and providing comfortable and affordable housing which emphasizes the caring and compassionate side of Freemasonry. Well done everyone.” Contact: Paramjit Ram Company: Masonic Housing Association – Wilson Keys Court Web Address: https://masonichousing.co.uk
