Welsh Enterprise Awards 2026/ 10 Best MultiDisciplinary Wellness Clinic 2026 & Holistic Wellness Excellence Award 2026 A multidisciplinary health and wellbeing clinic in Neath, South Wales, Bronleigh House was established in 2018, the year after the family behind it purchased and extensively renovated the building. Over the last eight years, it has grown organically into one of the finest wellness clinics in South Wales, and a community of independent practitioners and businesses can today be found across its 16 treatment spaces and two studios. Partner Hannah Hopkins shared more on this health and wellbeing hub in South Wales, following its recognition in SME News’ Welsh Enterprise Awards 2026. For one person, health and wellbeing may be the professional treatment or rehabilitation they need to feel themselves again. For another, it could be finding a class they enjoy, trying something new in a safe space, or simply taking some time for themselves over a coffee. Whatever it is that they seek, Bronleigh House aims to serve them, providing health and wellbeing services in Neath that bring a local community together. Hosting a varied programme including yoga, Pilates, baby, and wellbeing classes, Bronleigh House allows the businesses and practitioners within its studios and spaces to retain their independence and specialisms, but affords them the opportunity to collectively create something much broader and inclusive under one roof. As Hannah explained: “Our aim has never really been to tell people what wellness should look like. We want to provide a welcoming environment with different options and allow people to find what works for them.” The services provided at this multidisciplinary health and wellbeing clinic in Neath may have expanded as it has grown, but its values have remained unchanged since it first opened its doors. The aim was always for Bronleigh House to be personal, welcoming, collaborative, and authentic. And this starts not by looking at what other clinics are doing, but by nurturing the strengths that come from this being a small, familyrun business. Bronleigh House today appears to be much bigger because of the sheer amount of health and wellbeing services it offers under one roof, as well as the number of businesses and activities running simultaneously, but the core team managing everything remain small. It is just Hannah, her family, and two receptionists. This keeps things familiar and personal for customers, and helps everything to run smoothly, even as the clinic grows. Hannah has also worked in the world of physical and health wellbeing now for around 17 years, and for the last eight years has been balancing her own practice as a sports therapist with the development of this location. She has discovered a lot about wellness during this tenure, and Bronleigh House reflects her ethos around it being something that is deeply personal and tailored to the individual. As people begin to look at their health more broadly, bringing areas like treatment, movement, recovery, social connection, and lifestyle together as part of their routines, the clinic aims to reflect that through its offerings. In providing such a busy and varied location to the community of Neath, Hannah and the team here have to make sure that the expectations are kept high across the building, and that includes the businesses and individuals that operate within its spaces. Hannah told us: “Every business here represents not only themselves but also, to some extent, the wider Bronleigh brand. We want independence and individuality, but with a shared commitment to professionalism, quality, and creating a positive experience for everyone.” This commitment extends across Bronleigh House, seen more recently through one of the year’s biggest developments: No.6 at Bronleigh House. Whilst there has always been a café in the clinic, the establishment of this location saw a separate family business take on the running of it. The result has been a closer, more collaborative relationship between the café and the rest of the building, something that also defines the wider clinic. Ultimately, Bronleigh House would not be the success story it is today without the synergy that exists between its core team and the independent practitioners and businesses that have chosen to make the building their home. So whilst this award has Bronleigh House’s name on it, this is an achievement that belongs to the entire building, and everyone in it.
