“The nicest and friendliest Museum in the UK” ALMoS is a wonderland, a fantastical jewelled treasure trove in Mid Wales housing a glittering selection of artist sculptor Andrew Logan’s signature works: jewellery, original costumes and memorabilila from his Alternative Miss World, the 4m tall Cosmic Egg, a ‘shrine’ to the late Divine and much, much more. Museum, shop and cafe open from June to the end of September, on Saturdays and Sundays 12noon - 4pm. Plus Easter Saturday, Sunday and Monday and August Bank Holiday Monday 12 noon – 4pm. Annual Jewellery Extravaganza every August Bank Holiday Sunday! Open at other times by appointment. Free activity trails available.
