Aphasia Re-Connect

Aphasia Re-Connect is delighted to be recognised as the winner of Best Communication Support Charity 2026. We support people living with aphasia and other acquired communication difficulties following stroke, providing welcoming groups where people can practise communication, rebuild confidence, and connect with others who understand their experiences. This award celebrates our members, volunteers, and supporters who make our community possible.
