Arts Health and Wellbeing CIC. Currently provides individual art psychotherapy to children and adults across Leicestershire and Derbyshire. To individuals who have experienced trauma and loss. We provide bespoke sessions that enables creativity and reflection of their life and any mental health, to go beyond words, enabling expression and containment of difficult feelings to be processed, to move beyond their suffering with hope and resilience, and new found knowledge of themselves.
