Assisting Berkshire Children to Read

Founded in 2004, ABC to Read is a Berkshire charity providing trained volunteers to support primary school children who are struggling with reading. Volunteers work one-to-one with children twice a week, helping to improve reading skills, confidence and a love of books. We also deliver Ready to Read parent workshops, Buddy reading workshops for older pupils, working with over 100 Berkhire schools to give children the literacy foundations they need to thrive.
