Beautifully Rooted

<p>I love supporting mothers during their pregnancies, births and the first days, weeks and months after baby is born. So many new moms find it can be a bewildering and challenging time, and many feel as if they &#8220;should&#8221; be coping or that somehow they are failing. I support them by giving them the time they need to catch up on sleep, eat a nutritious meal or go for a walk. I bring encouragement, affirmation, flexibilty an open heart and mind while respecting their parenting decisions.</p>
