<p>Cake Heaven was established by myself (Rachel Mckoy) because of my love for baking and wanting to channel my creativity.</p> <p> Prior to setting up Cake Heaven I worked full time as a chef specialising in pastries and desserts. It was during this time that my love for creating both beautiful and tasty desserts began.</p> <p>My aim is to create exquisite tasting masterpieces that are pleasing to the eye, one cake at a time. I use the finest ingredients and pride myself on my commitment to baking beautiful works of art, which taste as good as they look.</p>
