<p>Climbing Out empowers adults to get their lives back on track following a life-changing injury, illness or trauma. The fully funded programmes provide the tools to help you take back control of your mindset and actions, so you can find your way forward again. This is done through a combination of personal development coaching, outdoor activities, and group work. The ethos of the charity is not to fix people but to give them the confidence, motivation, and tools so they can fix themselves.</p>
