David Dand is Founder and Managing Director of Coreus, a UK talent acquisition consultancy helping organisations make better hiring decisions. David’s career has spanned recruitment, HR and leadership roles within enterprise organisations, professional services and higher education. His experience has been shaped by understanding how great recruitment and people practices are directly connected to the bottom line - influencing growth, customer experience, and culture. Within HR, David has specialised in recruitment, with expertise in selection and career motivation. He has also developed his own framework for assessing the fit between what motivates individuals and an employer’s proposition – improving long-term fit, protect culture, and drive growth. Outside work, David lives in the South Downs near Brighton with his wife and three children. He is a keen sportsman who enjoys restaurants and travelling.
