<p>Eat Sleep Ride is an off-grid, solar-powered equine sanctuary and Scottish charity based on a reclaimed landfill site in Scotland. Founded eight years ago with one pony, we now run an inclusive riding school, alternative education and equine-assisted learning programmes serving young people and families across South East Scotland and North England. Our rescued horses and nature-based programmes support those facing poverty, isolation, disadvantage to build confidence, connection and belonging. .</p>
