Empower Core Programs

Empower CIC offers a range of services for women, and pride ourselves in making our programs available to ALL women regardless of circumstance. Although the Empower Programs are all different, they all have the same goal: to get women back to themselves and even stronger, help them achieve their ultimate goals, and help them live happy, active family lives. The Empower Pre/Postnatal Programs offer fitness and rehabilitation within a group environment. We improve their physical, emotional, and mental health, enabling them to rebuild their strength through training and education.
