Flexible Childcare Services Scotland (FCSS) is a purpose driven social enterprise transforming how childcare supports families, employment, and social mobility. Founded in Dundee in 2020, FCSS now serves over 1,100 children across Scotland, creating fair, sustainable employment for 200 people, and delivering innovative digital solutions that extend impact beyond our physical services. Our mission is simple but bold: to remove childcare as a barrier to work, learning, and opportunity.
