Apprenticeship Training MD of the Year 2024 (Northern England): Karen Nichols
<p>I started working at Group Horizon in March 2012 at their Quality Manager. I progressed to being the HR Manager and then Head of Services. In 2019 I was appointed as a Director and January 2021 became the Managing Director of the organisation. It has been hard work, however, we have a fantastic team of people and the company would not be what it is today without them.</p>
