Hannah's House

In Memory Of Emelia Hannah’s House was founded by me, Jessica Weeks, supported by my husband Andrew, after the death of our daughter Emelia in 2017, when our eldest daughter Hannah was only two. We found that there was lots of help for us as parents, but nothing to help us support our daughter. The recognition this award brings means that our work is shared to so many more people and bereaved families that we support can find the hope they need on their healing journey. Jessica #DareToHope
