<p>Headspace FC CIC is a volunteer-led Community Interest Company using football to raise awareness of mental health, reduce isolation and build a connected community. Our inclusive weekly sessions are open to all adults, regardless of age, gender, ability or experience, providing a safe, welcoming environment where people can stay active, make friends, support one another and help tackle the stigma surrounding mental health.</p>
