Immanuel Church

<p>Immanuel Church run a programme of activities, at the church and in the community for older people. There is a special emphasis on supporting those living with dementia and their carers. All of our activities are dementia friendly. We also visit care homes and sheltered housing running both spiritual and secular events. Our work is collaborative and links us with local charitable organisations and GP Social Prescribers. We have an amazing team of volunteers who support our excellent staff team.</p>
