Julia Willmott

Julia Willmott is a Pilates teacher, dance movement and mindfulness coach based in Petersfield, Hampshire, helping women move with greater strength and confidence. Her evidence-based approach is informed by myofascial lines, core control and mind body connection, supporting whole-person wellbeing.
