<p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>JustBe4U CIC</strong> hosts events and activities which benefit our diverse community and in particular, women and the elderly dealing with loneliness and isolation who are at risk of suffering from mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. At the heart of everything we do, our mission is to support and empower our service users to begin to build and maintain social networks. Whether through working with women on a one to one basis to build confidence and self-esteem, exposing them to new experiences in the arts, teaching them a useful skill or simply bringing groups together to have fun, always creating a safe space where they can ‘just be’ themselves.
