Khushee Yoga

<p>Khushee Yoga has been successfully teaching classes in Basingstoke since 2017, for all abilities, ages 16 to 100. With day classes as well as evening classes we cater to those who are retired and who work full time.</p> <p>Classes involve a series or sequence of yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation, all geared towards building strength and flexibility in the body, improving overall health and wellbeing, and calming the mind.</p> <p>With over 15 years of teaching experience, and over 30 years practicing yoga, you are guaranteed to be in safe hands to stretch, breathe, relax, and most importantly, enjoy yourself.</p>
