Neurodiversify

Our dream is a world where fewer people feel lucky. That might sound strange but when someone describes a workplace, a service or an experience and reaches for the word lucky — what they are really saying is that it could easily have gone the other way. That the good outcome was the exception, not the rule. We want to make neuroinclusive experiences so consistent, so embedded, and so expected that luck doesn't come into it.
