Paula Armstrong Ceramics

<p>Paula is an artist, teacher and coach. She create distinctive, organic sculptures which are exhibited around the world. She believes that being creative is a fundamental part of being human that we are born with but life can sometimes lead us away from it. It’s not seen as important enough to spend time on. She uses clay and art as one way of helping people explore and (re)connect with their creativity through a programme of in person and online workshops and a YouTube channel.</p>
