Phoenix Hypnotherapy

I'm Lesley Ford, founder and director of Phoenix Hypnotherapy in Cheltenham. I'm a GHR registered Clinical Hypnotherapist with over twenty years of therapeutic experience, helping clients work through anxiety, stress, trauma and PTSD, fears and phobias, and habits such as smoking and slimming. All sessions are delivered online via Zoom, so I work with clients right across the UK. The name Phoenix reflects my own philosophy, that real change comes from rising through difficulty rather than avoiding it. I also run The Reset Room, a membership community offering ongoing support between sessions. I'm proud to run an award winning practice built on that belief, many thanks for the award.
