Programme One

<p>Programme One is a positive action initiative partnering with recruitment agencies to address the underrepresentation of Black talent within the recruitment sector. We work collectively with agencies to remove barriers to the attraction, retention and progression of Black talent, creating greater access to recruitment careers and supporting more diverse and representative teams. Since launching, we have supported 120+ individuals from Black heritage backgrounds into recruitment careers.</p>
