RAF Shawbury Gliding Club

RAF Shawbury Gliding Club (RSGC) is one of six RAF Gliding & Soaring Association (RAFGSA) clubs. The RAFGSA has a history of producing pilots at the very highest levels of this exacting sport and has even produced a triple world champion. Our aim has always been to encourage participation in gliding in order to foster airmanship particularly amongst junior ranks and new entrants to the Service undergoing training at RAF Cosford and at RAF Shawbury.
