I’m honoured to receive this award. Real and Raw Wellbeing was born from my own journey with ADHD and neurodivergence, to create a safe, empowering space for others. I pour my heart into coaching, holistic tools, and spiritual practices to help people feel seen, supported, and thrive. This recognition fuels my mission to challenge stigma and expand support for our community.
