Rise Pilates Studio is a colourful boutique studio in the heart of Keyworth, built on a simple belief: movement belongs to everyone. Small-group reformer, mat, Wunda chair, barre, jumpboard and pre & postnatal classes welcome every body - nervous first-timers, returners and rebuilders alike. Founder Jade Richardson couldn’t find the warm, community-centred studio she craved locally, so she built it herself, pairing expert hands-on instruction with laughter and zero judgment.
