Outstanding Neonatal Family Support Charity 2026
In the UK, 1 in 10 babies need specialist care at birth. SSNAP (Support for Sick Newborn and their Parents) supports sick and premature babies and their families in the Newborn Care Unit at the John Radcliffe Hospital. We provide vital emotional and practical support during a baby’s hospital stay and beyond through our Little SSNAPlings groups. SSNAP also funds equipment, staff training, and research projects to help ensure the best possible care and outcomes for babies and their families.
