Best Practising Entomologist 2024: Susan Askew

<p>I&#8217;m an entomologist based in Kettering, sharing my love and appreciation for insects as living creatures and also as materials.<br /> By working with sustainable sources, I make artwork with a variety of specimens so that they can be adored for years to come.<br /> I&#8217;ve also raised many different species of moths since 2013; documenting their lives and sharing what I learn with everyone.<br /> My main aim with Stoned Affection has always been to dispel fear, encourage positivity and educate towards insects.</p>
