Best Holistic Massage Therapist 2023 (Norwich): Adelia Tisdall

<p>I came to massage originally from a movement background. I studied Mime in London for 2 years and became very interested in the connections between mind, emotions and the body. This led me on to train in Holistic Massage (ITEC) in 1990 , incorporating an understanding of the Chinese meridian system and acupressure points. I have studied (and dabbled) in many different therapies and bring an integrated, holistic approach to my work.</p>
