Including a weekly donation based play group for local families to access support with baby wearing, feeding, sleep, postnatal recovery and meet other parents. Also regular free sling walks to get support, meet other parents and get out in nature for gentle exercise! 1:1 consultation available and other courses include starting solids, first aid, and antenatal courses.</p>
