<p>The Floral Therapist is a Neuro-inclusive CBT and EMDR therapy practice, supporting adults with all common mental health conditions; but has a special interest in OCD, Phobia and Late/un-diagnosed ADHD/Autism. </p>
<p>Charlotte, who is from an NHS Background set up private practice in 2025 and has seen her warm and nurturing approach a great success. </p>
<p>Charlotte is also a florist and so often incorporates working with flowers as part of mindful practice.</p>
