<p>After 25 years of working in the corporate arena for various plc&#8217;s it was a scary jump in 2014 to go it alone in a new industry. I don&#8217;t regret a moment of it and I believe my non-catering experience gave me a different perspective on how to approach a challenging and very competitive catering market.
