The Pilates Studio Glossop

We’re a small family ran business that’s started back in 2001, called The Pilates Studio, offering clinical Pilates to the Glossop community and wider areas. Being clinically based means all our instructors are specialized and trained to the highest standard. Allowing us to work with complex individuals and help with a variety of conditions, such as Pre and Post-natal, Osteoporosis, Muscular Sclerosis, post-surgery recovery, Surgery prevention and more, with our chair based and standing classes.
