The Together Project

The Together Project is a London based charity that aims to reduce loneliness and foster stronger happier communities through joyful intergenerational activity. Our signature offer, Songs & Smiles, is a music group like no other, taking place in older peoples care homes, 0-4 year olds and their grown ups are invited to join us for fun and friendship. We also offer commissioned projects that include arts & crafts, podcasting and story telling all designed to bridge the generation divide.
