This is Me is a supported employment agency that helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, neurodivergence & mental health conditions. Founded 2019, they work with individuals, employers, & the government’s Access to Work scheme to remove barriers that can make work difficult. They guide clients through the Access to Work application process & help with ongoing support. Many people find the system overwhelming, so This is Me acts a bridge between clients & the DWP to secure support.
