Try Talking is a person-centred psychotherapy and psycho-educational provider working with individuals and organisations across Greater Manchester. We have a vision for psychotherapy, counselling, mental health awareness and education being normalised and inclusive, the mental health stigma being eradicated and individuals being supported professionally as and when needed. Our clinics are partnered with gyms to create more accessibility and acceptance of the importance of mental health.
