<p>TWO FM Ltd is a provider of FM (facilities management) support services with the primary focus being on water management (control of Legionella).</p> <p>Our FM skills and techniques are valuable in delivering support services to our clients who seek the best and most robust solutions to comply with statutory obligations for control of Legionella.</p> <p>We are based in West Yorkshire but operate across the UK and abroad when required.</p> <p>We assist our clients (clinical and commercial businesses) with issues related to H&#038;S compliance and practical application of national guide notes like ACoP L8, HSG 274, HTM 04-01, HTM 05-01 and others which deal primarily with water management – control of Legionella and Pseudomonas.<br /> TWO FM Ltd is proud to be a member of the Legionella Control Association.</p> <p>TWO FM Ltd has supported several healthcare operators (private sector) and commercial businesses in the area of water management / risk management with: H&#038;S policy and writing procedures for control of legionella; training of clinical staff and senior management of medical companies; legionella risk assessment report writing; analytical services (water sampling in accordance with current British Standards) and chemical cleans of water systems (hot and cold) in circumstances where both static and mobile diagnostic services were at the forefront of their clinical service delivery to their patients.</p> <p>The Manging Director of TWO FM Ltd &#8211; Tomek Olesinski is a Senior Member of the Water Management Society and a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.</p> <p>He is the author of a number of articles on the control of legionella published in ‘Waterline Journal’, ‘RAD Magazine’ (medical) and other Facilities Management publications. He also has translated a number of books into Polish which have been published in Poland.</p> <p>Tomek holds two master degrees from two Higher Education establishments. One of the degrees is in Facilities Operations Management.</p>
