Vista Wellbeing CIC provides inclusive physical activity and social opportunities for people living with long term health conditions. Exercise is individually tailored to the needs and abilities of our participants, ensuring that the sessions are successful for them. Delivered by highly qualified and experienced specialist exercise instructors, our activity sessions are safe and effective, improving the confidence of our participants and reducing social isolation.
