Even more significantly, it marks the seventh consecutive year that its work has received this recognition. We hear more directly from Senior Partner Karl Smith below. I’m proud of our team, who create beautiful spaces day in and day out. I’m proud of our company and the brand it represents. I’m proud that we are recognised as a market leader by clients who value quality workmanship and understand how that translates into a truly beautiful bathroom. I’m also proud of everything we have done to make our customers’ journey with us the very best it can be – from our first meeting and the initial design process, through to building their dream bathroom and, in many cases, later working with their friends and families following a recommendation. Finding your place in a crowded marketplace is never easy. Nobody simply hands it to you. Over the years, we have worked hard to differentiate ourselves through the quality of our workmanship, our experienced team of trusted tradespeople, the support of reliable suppliers and the transparent journey we provide for every customer. “Finding your place in a crowded marketplace is never easy, but we have built our reputation by doing things properly, putting customers first and delivering beautiful bathrooms without compromise.” At Approved Bathrooms, we do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every customer is different, every property is different and every project brings its own style, requirements and challenges. There is no single project that defines us, because what really defines Approved Bathrooms is how we approach every project. Sometimes that means dealing with the “nasties” we uncover when removing an old bathroom. Sometimes, after stripping the room back, we identify opportunities to improve or completely rethink the original layout. Whatever the challenge, we remain one step ahead and focus on achieving the best possible outcome. That comes down to meticulous planning. We carefully plan every aspect of an installation before we walk through the customer’s door. That preparation gives us the time, structure and head space to deal properly with anything unexpected, without compromising the programme or the finished result. It is one of the reasons we have built such a strong reputation for reliability and why our projects do not overrun. Our team consists of 14 experienced tradespeople, and every customer receives the same high level of care and attention, regardless of whether their project is large or small. Every review left for Approved Bathrooms has been five stars, and that is something we never take for granted. Too many companies forget that without customers, they simply do not have a business or, at the very least, they do not have one with a good reputation. We genuinely value our customers, and many of those relationships continue long after the final handover. I am delighted to say that our friendship group seems to grow with every project we complete. We also believe strongly in giving something back to the communities we serve. Over the last 12 months alone, Approved Bathrooms has donated around £20,000 in labour, materials and financial support to local people, community groups and charitable organisations. That support has included helping elderly residents, fundraising for local causes, supporting Scout groups, contributing towards a new minibus and purchasing kit for children’s football teams. We feel a genuine responsibility to support the communities that support us. Winning this award for the seventh consecutive year represents far more than beautiful bathrooms. It reflects the standards we maintain, the relationships we build and the positive contribution we try to make within the communities we serve. It is a wonderful achievement but it is also a reminder to keep improving, keep moving forward and continue delivering the level of workmanship and customer service that our clients deserve.
